Construction Safety.

No matter where you sit on the construction ladder, Lincoln CDM Services are keen to assist you.

If you are about to install a new production line, change a building or structure, thinking of carrying out refurbishment works or even demolishing existing premises our assistance and expertise can soon help make your organisation compliant with current Health and Safety legislation.

Lincoln CDM Services has a team of expert management and staff in health and safety matters. Their expertise is maintained through regular professional development training and expanded through attendance at in-depth courses focused on the needs of our clients. In most instances we can give you immediate access to any consultancy advice you need or refer you to specialist advice through our range of expert contacts.

Depending on your requirements we will ensure that all aspects of the planning, management and co-ordination of health and safety during the pre-construction and construction phase are fully implemented, that hazards are identified and all risks properly controlled for either the whole life of the project, or during individual phases alone.

Our service will involve meeting clients to agree the requirements of any project, however large or small, and then the required work will be carried out efficiently within your required timescale. Some clients may want a Health and Safety Consultant available regularly at their offices and we are happy to agree a fixed schedule of availability on a daily, weekly or monthly basis to work as instructed.

See below the different services we can bring to your latest construction project.

Policies.

You will undoubtedly already have health and safety policies and procedures in place. But can you be sure that you are adhering to best practice? Are you complying with local, national and even international regulations? And, if you think you are, can you prove it?

At Lincoln CDM Services we work closely with all our clients to ensure their business and employees remain protected. Our health and safety advisors will review and tailor all your health and safety policies to ensure they meet your specific requirements.

One of our advisors will conduct a complete evaluation of your organisation. Once complete, you will also be provided with a detailed account of any health and safety risks identified. They will prioritise any areas of impeding risk, allowing you to improve your health and safety policies and helping ensure your organisation remains continually compliant, with a safe working environment for your employees.

Once your risk assessment has been completed, your advisor will produce a written health and safety policy statement. This is required by law and also demonstrates the preventative measures put in place to keep your business compliant.

Taking a proactive approach to your health and safety means that your company will become known as one which classes it as an integral part of the business.
